Ingredients

6-8 servings
  1. 1 Cup(or 8oz) Bow Tie noodles
  2. 1 lbGround Beef (or venison)
  3. Olive Oil
  4. Halfan Onion
  5. 4 ClovesGarlic
  6. 15 ozCan of Diced Tomatoes
  7. 15 ozCan of Tomato Sauce
  8. 3 ozTomato Paste
  9. 4 CupsChicken Broth
  10. 1 CupWater
  11. 1 tbspItalian seasoning
  12. Salt & Pepper
  13. 1/2 CupRicotta Cheese
  14. 1/2 CupMozzarella Cheese
  15. 1/4 CupParmesan Cheese
  16. Fresh Parsley

Cooking Instructions

    Chop and finely dice your garlic and onion. Sauté with your beef until cooked all the way through. Do this in a large pot as you will add everything to this dish. Drain meat when done.

    Stir in Diced Tomatoes, Tomato Sauce, and Tomato Paste. Stir then add Italian seasoning, salt & pepper, broth & noodles.(uncooked)

    Increase heat to high and bring to a boil.

    Reduce heat to medium simmer, cover and stir occasionally for 10-15 minutes till noodles are fully cooked.

    In a separate bowl, add freshly chopped parsley, mozzarella, ricotta, and Parmesan and stir together.

    You can add to entire soup or top as you go.
