In a bowl add thick milk, hung curd, whisk well, add cream and whisk well.

Melt Nolen Gur and get a stick consistency which is important

Soak Gelatin in warm water

In the bowl of thick milk and hung curd, cream, add 2-3 Tbsp Nolen Gur and pata Gur grated, mix. Add Gelatin and whisk well

Pour into ramekins and refrigerate for 4 hours
- 6
Garnish with Nolen Gur and enjoy 😊
