Rice cheesy pakoda
Steps

Take mashed potatoes in a bowl. Add mashed rice to it. Then add onions, carrot, green chill, red chilli powder, pepper powder, garam masala, salt, corn flour and rice flour. Mix everything nicely till combined.

Cut the cheese cubes in small pieces. Divide the mixture in 10 equal portions. Press in between your palms to flatten it. Place small piece of cheese in center. Wrap it from all sides. Give a shape of ball.

For making Arrowroot flour slurry, mix Arrowroot flour, 1tsp besan, salt and water to make thin slurry.

Take small round balls and dip them in Arrowroot flour slurry. Heat oil in a pan and dip fry the pakoda. Flip and cook them till golden. Take out and Drain in paper tissue.

Delicious rice cheesy pakoda is ready. Enjoy on its own or with tomato sauce.
