Clean the chicken breast and finely chop. Wash the green onions, mushrooms, and carrot, then chop them finely.

In a large bowl, combine the finely chopped chicken breast, green onions, mushrooms, carrot, and corn. Add 2 tablespoons of oyster sauce, 2 tablespoons of seasoning powder, cornstarch, and pepper. Mix all the ingredients well and let marinate for 20 minutes.

Shape the mixture into flat patties, then steam or pan-fry with olive oil until both sides are golden brown, or place in an air fryer and cook at 356°F (180°C) for 20 minutes until done!
