My family loves sweets. So many types of laddus have been made but today for the first time I made green gram laddus which turned out to be very tasty and yummy.
Laddus can be taken as a dessert after meals and it is fun to eat laddus while walking around. These laddus can be taken while traveling or in tiffin. They stay good for two to three days. And it stays good for 15 days in the fridge.

First crush the green gram in the mixer and do smooth past.

Take ghee in a pan and put it low flame when hit ghee add all dry fruits and roast it till golden then remove it in a plate.

Now add green gram past in this same pan and Stir continuously till thicken.

Now add sugar and stir well when burnt water of sugar completely and the mixture became thick, add cardamom powder, dry fruit and mix well. Turn off the flame and Let it little cool down.

Now make small size balls. So healthy and delicious 😋 green gram laddus are ready. Put in a tight container and keep it in the fridge for 15 days, the taste remains the same.
