Walnut Brownie

Measure all the ingredients properly.

Now mix wheat flour, powdered sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder and sift all the ingredients.

Mix all wet ingredients, milk, oil, vanilla essence and add dry mixture to it and mix it well.Now add the walnut pieces and mix it gently.

First, add salt to the cooker and preheat it for 10 minutes, then add the dry mixture to the wet mixture and mix. Grease a baking tin with oil and line it with butter paper / foil.

Now, the brownie mixture has been made to a pouring consistency, pour it into a baking tin, add walnuts on top and cadbury pieces, and tap the tin 2 to 3 times to remove air bubbles.

Now place this tin in the cooker and bake it for 50 minutes on low to medium heat.Now after 50 minutes, insert a toothpick and check. If it comes out clean, it is baked. (If it looks moist, bake for a little longer.)

Now loosen the edges with a knife and invert onto a plate so that the butter paper/ foil can be removed. Remove and let cool on a wire rack.
Your brownie is ready. Serve it with ice cream and hot Chocolate. Or as a Sizzler Or enjoy with Chocolate sauce.
