🌟Marinate the fish: Rinse and pat dry the fillets. In a bowl mix fish fry masala, salt, black pepper powder, coriander & cumin powder, Kashmir chili powder, garlic paste, green chili paste, lemon juice and oil to form a thick paste. Rub this mixture all over the fish let it Marinate for at least 15 mins.

🌟Fry the fish: Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Gently fry the marinated fillets for 4 mins per side until golden and slightly crisp. Drain on paper napkins. 🌟Plate it: Arrange Chinese cabbage on the plate, add the rainbow salad on the side, place the crispy fish on top. Garnish with half lemon piece and extra chili for a bold fish.

🌟Make the salad: in a bowl, combine Chinese cabbage, red cabbage shredded, carrot, onion, chilies, lemon juice, salt & pepper. Toss well and chili until ready to serve
