Soak the almonds in the water for 3 to 4 hours remove the skin and dry these almonds in the sun

Now roast the oats, almond, walnuts,bengal gram, makhana, sesame seeds one by one

Grind the makhana,almonds, walnut, bengal gram in the mixer grinder,

Mix all ingredients

Put this mixture in the container you can use in the morning breakfast.

Now in a bowl add warm milk add oats mixture soak this mixture for 5 min add one banana or any fruit you like and eat everyday in the morning breakfast it's light and healthy breakfast for weightloss journey.you also add pumpkin seeds and sun flower seeds. Also soak chia seeds in the water and add to this mixture
