Ingredients

10 min
1 serving
  1. 2 slicesmulti-grain bread
  2. 2 slicescracked pepper turkey deli meat
  3. 2 slicesGenoa salami
  4. 4 slicesdeli pepperoni
  5. 2 slicesmuenster cheese
  6. 2 slicespepperjack cheese
  7. 1 leaflettuce
  8. 1 tspmayo (any - I use Polish)
  9. 1/2 tspmustard (Dijon or other)

Cooking Instructions

10 min
  1. 1

Toast the slices of bread in a toaster oven (use the Toast setting, at medium level) on one side for 2 min and then on the other for 1 min. May need to adjust temp and duration to make sure it’s not burnt.

  2. 2

Slather mayo, and then mustard on the slices

  3. 3

Add the slices of turkey meat and then salami

  4. 4

Layer in the slices of cheese, and finally pepperoni, on top.

  5. 5

Put the loaded slices back in the toaster oven for 1 min, or until the cheese begins to soften and melt, and the pepperoni looks glazed.

  6. 6

Add the lettuce on top, close the sandwich and press gently by hand

  7. 7

Now it’s ready to be eaten or put in a sandwich bag for office!
