料理步驟

準備好材料,並將奶油切成小塊。Prepare all the ingredients and cut the butter into small pieces.

將糖、鹽、奶油和巧克力,用微波爐分次微波(每次30秒)直至融化 。Microwave the sugar, salt, butter, and white chocolate together in intervals (30 seconds each time) until melted.

此時無法拌勻沒關係,等溫度降到55C°後加入蛋液就可以拌勻。Don’t worry if the mixture isn’t fully blended yet. Once cooled to about 55 °C, add the beaten eggs and mix until smooth.

預熱烤箱180C°/355F°。另取一個碗將麵粉和抹茶粉混合。Preheat oven to 180 °C / 355 °F. In another bowl, mix the flour and matcha powder.

將粉過篩,加入巧克力糊中並拌勻。Sift the flour mixture into the chocolate mixture and stir until combined.

準備好烤模和烤紙,將抹茶麵糊倒入後,敲一敲麵糊,將氣泡震出。Prepare a baking pan lined with parchment paper. Pour in the matcha batter and tap the pan gently to release air bubbles.

放入烤箱烤180C°/355F°烤35分鐘。Bake at 180 °C / 355 °F for 35 minutes.

放涼後切塊就完成了! Let cool, cut into squares, and enjoy!
