A Manchurian is one of the most popular Indo-Chinese dishes in India.This post has the Veg Manchurian balls recipe, which is simply crispy non fried mixed vegetable balls filled with cheese.

First of all, chop all the vegetables finely. Now add salt to the cabbage and keep it for 5 minutes and squeeze it completely. In a large bowl, add all the vegetables and remaining ingredients and mix.

Bind the mixture without adding water. If necessary, you can add the water drained from the cabbage. Now take large balls from the prepared dough and cover them with a piece of cheese in between the dough and make them into balls.

Make all the Manchurian balls in this way. Now grease an appe pan with oil, place the Manchurian balls in it and fry on both sides till golden and crisp. In this way, Manchurian cheese balls will be prepared in very less oil.

No fry Veg Manchurian cheese Balls is ready. Serve hot with ketchup and chutney.
