To make sabudana kheer, wash the sago and soak it for 5 minutes.

After that, put a pan and add milk to it and boil it. When the milk boils, add the soaked sago and sugar to it. Stir well. Boil everything well. When the sago transforms, i.e. becomes completely white like water, then our kheer is ready.

Now add cardamom powder to it and serve it hot. Or let it cool completely and serve.
