Rinse the mint leaves thoroughly and pat dry.

Add mint, anardana, cumin seeds, sesame seeds, ginger, salt and green chillies to a blender.

Add a little water if needed and blend until smooth.

Transfer to a clean jar and refrigerate. Keeps for 1 week in Summers, longer in Winters. Can be frozen for a few months. Enjoy!
Tips
Adjust the amount of Ginger or Green Chillies according to your taste preferences.
