Steps

Melt the butter in a pan on medium heat.

Add the onions and some salt, cook until done, stirring occasionally. While the onions cook, start boiling some water for the pasta.

Once the onions are done and the water is boiling, add the garlic to the pan, stir, and after 10 to 30 seconds sprinkle on the chicken bouillon powder and add a ladle of boiling water.

Cook until the stock is reduced and add the cream, bird's eye chili and italian seasoning.

Cook the pasta to your preferred doneness and add it to the sauce.

Mix and add the grated parmesan. Serve in a bowl.
Tips
As for what I mean by "a ton of garlic", I mean that when I added the garlic, it's volume was about that of the onion. It was a lot of garlic.
