Steps

Wash & Prep :
Wash amla, green turmeric, ginger, mint leaves and lemons well. Pat dry completely. - 2
Make Mint–Ajwain Paste :
Grind mint leaves and ajwain to a smooth paste without water. - 3
Mix Amla:
Add grated amla in a bowl and mix:
½ tsp turmeric powder
½ tsp black salt
pinch salt
1 tsp mint-ajwain paste
Spread this mixture on a plate. - 4
Mix Ginger–Turmeric :
In another bowl add grated ginger & green turmeric with:
Juice of 1 lemon
1 tsp mint paste
½ tsp black salt
Spread on a separate plate. - 5
Prep Fennel:
Mix fennel seeds with :
Pinch turmeric
Salt
Juice of ½ lemon
Spread to dry. - 6
Prep Sesame Seeds :
Coat sesame with:
Salt
Pinch turmeric
2 tsp water
½ lemon juice
Spread to dry. - 7
Sun Dry :
Cover all trays with a thin cotton cloth and sun-dry for 3 days, mixing once daily. - 8
Roast & Combine :
Once dry :
Lightly roast fennel and sesame.
Add dried amla, ginger and turmeric.
Mix everything well. - 9

Your Winter Vitality Mukhwas is Ready!
Store in an airtight glass jar. - 11
Serving Suggestion :-
Enjoy ½ teaspoon after meals as a healthy digestive and refreshing winter treat.
Tips
∆ Sun-drying makes it last 6 months.
∆ If you prefer sweeter, add rock sugar powder.
∆ Make sure everything is fully dry before storing.
