Steps

Boil sweet corn kernels till soft, then drain the water out. Cool the sweet corn kernels. Keep 1 tbsp aside for garnishing.

Grind sweet corn with some water and strain through soup strainer.

Heat a pan and add oil. Saute garlic paste. Add cut spring onions & saute. Add all cut vegetables one by one and saute. Add some corn kernels also.

Add one cup water to the pan and cook till vegetables are half cooked.

Add grounded corn and nicely boil. Adjust the consistency as required by adding water and boiling.

Add salt, sugar and pepper as per taste.

Serve hot soup, garnished with chopped spring onion and corn kernels.

Serve with vinegar with cut green chillies, soy sauce and chili sauce.
Tips
vegetables in soup should be crunchy .
