Amla Chutney brings together the freshness of coriander and tanginess of Amla or Indian gooseberries during winter. While mint and coriander is commonly used in chutneys. This chutney is full of vitamin C.
Steps
- 1
👉Peel, wash, chop onion, green chilli and ginger. Wash and clean mint and coriander leaves. Wash and dry amla.
- 2
👉Add all ingredients in a mixer and add 1 tb spoon water and Grind it.
- 3
👉Add salt, cumin seeds powder and remaining 1 tb spoon water and pulse again till fine paste.
- 4
👉Delicious amla chutney is ready
Tips
Add 2 ice cubes while grinding chutney as ice cubes retain the green colour of chutney for longer. This chutney is consumable for 10 days .
