Firstly rinse 250 gms sweet potatoes very well in water.

Boil them in a stovetop pressure cooker. If cooking in a stovetop pressure cooker, then pressure cook for about 3 to 4 whistles with water just about covering the sweet potatoes.

Or remove the cooked sweet potatoes with the help of pasta tongs and set aside on a plate to cool them until warm.

Now take a oil in kadai and heat it and fry sweet potatoes till golden brown in colour on medium flame.

Now tale a bowl add freid sweet potatoes in it.

Now add all the spices in it.

Add tamarind chutney and coriander chutney.Add lemon juice also

Now add pomegranate and chopped coriander leaves in sweet potatoes. Mix well.

Serve sweet potatoeli Chaat.
