  1. 1 cupAll-purpose flour
  2. 1/4 cupSemolina
  3. 2 tbspDesi ghee
  4. 3/4 Cuppowdered sugar
  5. 1/4 tspSalt
  6. 1/4 cupCoconut milk
  7. Oil for frying

  1. 1

    Mix all-purpose flour, semolina and salt.Heat ghee in a tadka pan and mix it in the all-purpose flour mixture.Mix it with your fingers till it becomes crumb like texture.

    Mix sugar in it.Add coconut milk to make a soft dough.Cover and leave.it for 45 min.

    Divide the dough into 4 parts.Take a part and roll it out like a chapati.Now cut it into a square.Again cut it into small squares.

    Take a square piece,join the corners of the square and join other two corners up side down position.(Wet the corners with water.)

    Heat oil in a pan,fry these Kormolas in batches on medium heat until golden brown.Your delicious Kormolas are ready to serve.
