Pork Tenderloin in Worcestershire Sauce with Potatoes and Mushrooms
An easy, quick, and tasty stew with just a few ingredients.
Steps
- 1
Heat a pot with oil over medium heat. Cut the pork into small pieces and cook until browned, about 10 minutes. Add the Worcestershire sauce and Maggi seasoning sauce.
- 2
Slice the potatoes thinly and add them to the pork. Pour in 1 cup of water and season with salt and pepper to taste. Cook over low heat for 15 minutes, then add the sliced mushrooms.
- 3
Cook for another 15 to 20 minutes, checking that the pork is fully cooked. I like the potatoes to be well cooked but still firm, not falling apart.
- 4
Serve with white rice or beans.
