  2. 100 mlCooking oil
  3. to tastesalt
  4. 1 bunchcoriander

Steps

20 mins
  1. 1

    Peel the potatoes and cut them to even sizes.

  2. 2

    Boil the potatoes in hot water and add salt to taste.

  3. 3

    Put cooking oil in sauce pan and let it heat

  4. 4

    Deep fry the potatoes until turn brown.

  5. 5

    Garnish and serve.ie you can use coriander to garnish
