Steps

Wash the fish properly and make it dry with a kitchen towel

Make a paste of ginger garlic and add salt, chilli powder and termerinc powder

Apply this paste on the fish gentaly

Heat the pan pour some oil and stir fry the fish on medium heat.

Garnish this with onion and raddish or tomoto.

You can also add some chutney over it according to your taste.
