Raw Mango Saunth
Steps

Wash raw mangoes.

Boil mangoes in pressure cooker in water until soft.

Separate seeds and skin. Mash the boiled mango pulp to a smooth paste.

Add sugar and simmer until dissolved.

Mix in salt, roasted cumin powder, and chili powder.

Add black salt and dry mint leaves. Mix all spices.Ready raw mango saunth.

Cool and serve with roti and paratha like side dish. Serve with ice as aam panna.
Tips
Adjust the sugar according to your taste preference for sweetness. You can use jeggary. You can store and Keep in fridge for 15 days . It's self life 15 days in fridge.
