Empty the frozen pink lemonade concentrate into a tall glass pitcher.

Add an entire bottle of club sode into the pitcher and stir till everything is dissolved. If the mom to be has a sweet tooth add Sprite instead of club soda (drink will be sweeter.)

Serve with pink/red drinking cups. For presentation add some sliced lemons on top with ice cubes.
