  6. 2 numbersonion Big
  7. 2 TspsJeera
  8. 4 TspsPeppercorn
  9. to tasteSalt

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix rava and dosa batter previous day

  2. 2

    Mix the spices and salt into the batter

  3. 3

    Pour the rice rava batter on a hot tawa and spread it out like utappam

  4. 4

    Sprinkle grated vegetables on top of the utappam

    Once cooked flip the side of utappam and cook until both sides are cooked
