Tangy Tomato Chutney (Microwave Recipe)- Step by Step Recipe

I am not much of a microwave cook, the convection microwave + oven is solely used for baking and I like to keep it that way.
Since Pari has announced the ‘ONLY’ event I wanted to make something simple to get over my inhibition of using the microwave in daily cooking.
After a lot of thinking, I decided to make one of my favourite dishes which can be paired with rotis, dosas or even bread – Spicy Tangy Tomato Chutney!
It happened in a jiffy… I like the fact that blogging has made me come out of my comfort zone, first with dosas and now with microwave cooking!
Without much delay here’s how I made it!
