Moong Dal Puri

Soak moong dal for 4 to 5 hours. After that in mixer pot add soaked moong dal, ginger, garlic cloves and cumin seeds and blend smooth.

Take a bowl. Add blended mixture in that bowl and then add sesame seeds, fennel seeds, carom seeds, red chili powder, coriander powder and turmeric powder and mix well together.

Then add wheat flour and fresh coriander and make a dough.

Heat oil in a kadai. Take a small ball from a dough and make puri. Fry puri in hot oil and serve with green chutney.
