1 lbground beef (or chicken)
1/4 cupsoy sauce
2 TBSgochujang (Korean chili paste)
2 TBSroasted sesame oil
3 clovesgarlic, minced
1 tspfresh ginger, grated
1 cupcooked brown rice
1/2 cupshredded carrots
1/2 cupcucumber slices
2green onions, sliced
1 TBSroasted sesame seeds
1fried egg
Kimchi (optional)

Top with remaining ingredients and serve over rice
