100 gramsplain flour
300 mlmilk
2eggs
1 pinchsalt
1glug of olive oil

Steps

1

Pour the eggs, flour and milk into a bowl and mix until smooth.

Add the salt and olive oil into the mix and carry on mixing.

Add some butter to a pan
4

Pour about a soup spoon of the mixture into the pan.

Once cooked, flip it and serve.

Add your own topping and enjoy
