Ingredients

Makes 4 serv
  • 3 Tbspolive oil
  • 2 Tbspsweet chili sauce
  • 1 tspSriracha
  • 3cloves, minced garlic
  • juice of 1 lime
  • head, cut into florets cauliflower
  • kosher salt
  • fresh ground pepper

Steps

  1. 1

    Preheat oven to 425°.

  2. 2

    In Smooth about whisk together olive oil, sweet chili sauce, Sriracha, lime juice, garlic. Put in cauliflower. Stir till covered.

  3. 3

    Season generously with salt & pepper. Spread into a even layer + roast till slightly charred + tender 30 min.
