500 mlmilk
3 tbspmilk powder
2 tbspsugar
2 tbsproasted makhana powder
1/2red dragon fruit chopped into small pieces
3 tbsppomegranate pearls
1banana chopped into small pieces
1/2apple chopped into small pieces

Arrange all ingredients in one place. Take a grinder jar add little milk and dragon fruit pieces and blend it into a smooth puree. Keep aside.

Heat milk with sugar, milk powder and boil it some times. Now add makhana powder, mix it properly and boil on low heat and stir continuously till mixture becomes thicker then turn off the flame. Keep aside for cool down. Rabdi is ready.

Once mixture cool down add dragon fruit puree, mix it properly. Dragon fruit rabdi is ready. Now keep in the refrigerator for chill.

Pour the chilled rabdi in the serving bowl, top with fresh fruit pieces and serve.
