A bright, bubbly holiday drink made with beet juice, muddled cranberries, and fresh citrus, topped with sparkling water and garnished with rosemary and orange. 1 bottlebeet juice

Steps

In a cocktail shaker or pitcher, combine the beet juice, muddled cranberries, orange juice, and lime juice. Stir well or shake with ice until chilled. Taste and sweeten with honey, if desired.

Fill two tall glasses with ice cubes. Divide the juice mixture evenly between the glasses, filling each about halfway to two-thirds full.

Top each glass with ½ cup chilled sparkling water and gently stir to combine. Add a sprig of fresh rosemary, a few fresh cranberries, and an orange slice to each glass.
