100 grParis or Portobello mushrooms
4 clovesgarlic
30 grbutter
1/2 cupparsley

Chop the garlic

Clean the mushrooms
3

Cut the mushrooms and put in a pan with the garlic

Add the butter
5

Fry for 3 minutes and add the parsley
6

Fry for more 3 minutes and serve

Serve with brie chesse (or other) and toast
