Soak the beans in a bow fill with water for 5minutes to enable you remove the back

Smash it with your two hands or mortar and pestle(anticlockwise direction)

Pour water into the beans in a bowl and use sieve to remove the back,continue the process until is properly clean.

Put it in a bowl add ur pepper,and onion blend them together into a pastry form

When the is done,pour it into a mortar add salt and little water and stir it for a while, it most not be too watery.

Pour groundnut oil into a frying pan,allow it to get oil then scoop the bean cake into it with a spoon

Fry until golden brown,continue the process until you are through.it can be served with pap,custard,oat etc
