Ingredients

  2. 2) 2 lemons
  3. 3) 5 cup water

Steps

  1. 1

    Ar first dudh Ko boil kare, aur gas band karke uski bhaap Jane de.

    Then 2 nimbu ka ras nichodkar bowl me le, aur dudh me as required quantity me dale aur dudh Ko chamach se hilayen.

    Dudh fatna shuru hoga, jab greenish liquid upar dekhe to wo fata hua dudh aap ek clean cotton ke kapde se chaan le.

    Kapde Ko gol karke use ek pan me thande Paani me rakhen.

  5. 5

    Thande Paani me kapde Ko uparse dabakar fate dudh Ko dho le, aur Baad me kapde Ko gol ghumakar achchi tarah se nichodkar pura pani Nikal de.

  6. 6

    Bacha hua paste like saka ek plate me lekar achchi tarah se use aate ki tarah gund le.

  7. 7

    Fir uske gol Gole banakar rakhen.

  8. 8

    Gas pan bade steel pan me 5 cup Pani lekar aapki sweetness ki jaroorat mutabik about 2-2.5 cups sugar add Karen.

  9. 9

    Pani Ko ubalne de. Uski chachni na banayen, warna rasgulle nahi ban payenge.

  10. 10

    Pani ubalne Lage to Usme Gole daal de. Aur use 8-10 mints halka dhakkan dhak karne ubalne de.

  11. 11

    10 mint Baad gas band Karen. Usme adha chamach milk masala daal de. Use thanda hone de.

  12. 12

    Ab rasagulla tayar hai. Freez me rakh kar bad me cool rasagulla serve Karen...
