Ingredients

40 minutes
3 people
  • 1 bunchunripe peeled bananas (10pcs)
  • 10 PCsmedium potatoes peeled
  • 1/4medium pumpkin peeled
  • 1/4 kgbeef meat
  • 2tomatoes chopped
  • 1onion chopped
  • to tastesalt
  • cooking oil 2 cooking spoon

Steps

40 minutes
  1. 1

    Fry onions till golden brown

  2. 2

    Add tomatoes steam till they form a smooth paste add meat cook for 2-3minutes

  3. 3

    Add pumpkin, potatoes, bananas, water and salt

  4. 4

    Boil/ cook for about 20minutes.

  5. 5

    Mash till smooth and it's ready to serve
