Ingredients

40 minutes

3 people

1 bunchunripe peeled bananas (10pcs)
10 PCsmedium potatoes peeled
1/4medium pumpkin peeled
1/4 kgbeef meat
2tomatoes chopped
1onion chopped
to tastesalt
cooking oil 2 cooking spoon

40 minutes

Fry onions till golden brown

Add tomatoes steam till they form a smooth paste add meat cook for 2-3minutes

Add pumpkin, potatoes, bananas, water and salt

Boil/ cook for about 20minutes.

Mash till smooth and it's ready to serve
