  • 500 graw liver
  • 2medium size onion
  • 15 gcooking oil
  • to tastesalt

  1. 1

    Peel,slice and wash the onion

  2. 2

    Put in a saucepan

  3. 3

    Add oil

  4. 4

    Add the liver stir and add salt to taste..

  5. 5

    Cook for 4 minutes to prevent it from over cooking

  6. 6

    Serve.
