  • the juice of 1/2 a lemon
  • 1little spearmint, fresh or dried
  • 1onion cut into cubes
  • 1 clovegarlic or a pinch of garlic powder
  • 1little safron if you like
  • 1 pinchhot pepper
  • salt

    Place the ingredients in a pot with 2 l of water, boil for 25 minutes and serve.

    Of course, the shrimps should be cleaned and deveined well because it's a soup.
