In a sufuria fry your onion untill well browned. Add your meat and let it cook untill tender. If not soft enough add water and let it boil a bit.

Add your tomatoes and a bit of salt to taste. Add your githeri and stir it well. Cover for 5 minutes.

Add your spinach let it steam for about 5 minutes then stir all the ingredients together.

Plate and enjoy with an avocado.
