Mix the flour and baking powder and sieve...

Add the sugar, melt the butter or blue band and rub it in to the flour mixture till it resembles breadcrumbs.

Whisk the eggs and add into the flour gently kneading the flour...gradually add the milk and ginger extract. Work the flour till it's smooth and doesnt stick onto your hands or working surface.

You can let the dough rest for best results but if in a hurry then...divide the dough into two. Dust your working surface and roll out the dough into half an inch thickness. Cut into desired shapes and deep fry into your already hot oil...until it's golden brown. Serve warm or cold. Enjoy
