  • 1small onion
  • 2small tomatoes
  • 3 tablespoonolive oil

  1. 1

    Beat eggs, chop onions and tomatoes.

  2. 2

    Heat cooking oil in a sufuria and adf onions, fry to slightly brown.

  3. 3

    Add tomatoes and mash then add b eggs and stir slowly by slowly as it cooks.

  4. 4

    Serve with greens
