Ingredients

  1. 1 cupcoconut milk
  2. 1 cuprice
  3. to tasteSalt
  4. 1 cupis water

Steps

45 minutes
  1. 1

    Pour coconut milk and water in a saucepan to boil

  2. 2

    Clean the rice then leave it to dry before the water boils

  3. 3

    Add salt in the saucepan when boiling

  4. 4

    Add the rice then close with a lead then reduce the heat to allow it boil slowly

  5. 5

    When almost dry remove then cover with aluminum foil then cover with a lead

  6. 6

    Reduce the heat further then return the rice to cook slowly

  7. 7

    Serve with steamed cabbage
