Steps

Boil rice for 12mins.and wash.

Blend the tomatoes with pepper.

Boil fish with little amount of water,salt,onion, and Maggi.

Boil the blended tomatoes and pepper till the water drys.

Then add groundnut oil allow to fry for 5mins.stir to avoid it burning.

Pour in the stock and add more water.allow to boil and add Maggi,salt,ginger,garlic and crayfish.

Onces is boiled pour the rice and stir very well.cover the pot and allow to boil.

After 7-10min check the rice,taste to check salt and confirm if it need more water or not.add small amount of water if necessary and leave it dry.

Serve hot.enjoy
