This came out really well. I put some walnuts in the bottom of the bundt pan to give it a nice top crust. Didn't make a single change. Everyone loved it.

My wife asks me to make this quite often. I do use yogurt instead of sour cream, less sugar and Amish butter. Soooo good. Thank you!

Finished product! I sprayed silicon bundt form with Coconut oil spray first, used Smart Balance instead of butter, added 1/2 cup of Coconut /Almond blend milk, put slivered almonds on bottom of silicon bundt form before pouring in batter and then sprinkled with mini chocolate morsels on top of batter before baking.

I improvised ingredients that I didn't have... substitute sour cream for almond milk, used brown sugar and coated with honey as it came out the oven

I didn't realize I was out of eggs (whoops!) so I used 1/4c of sour cream instead and they (I made muffins instead of bread) turned out really good. I still used the additional 4 tbsp of sour cream as well. They were tasty and moist!

This was a very easy recipie to make. I had to reduce the temperature since our oven cooks hot to 300 and I used a bread pan since I no longer have a bunt pan.
