Glad you liked it. I've used vegan heavy cream in smaller doses and raw butter as I'm lactose intolerant and it's every but as good. Chocolate chips definitely make it a special treat! Yum. :ohyeaah

Preheat oven to 350.

Mix dry ingredients together and sift.

In a mixing bowl, cream softened butter with the sugar and salt.

Mix in eggs, vanilla and sour cream. Mix until just blended.

Add flour mix to the batter.

Mash bananas and add to the bowl

Spray a bundt pan with cooking spray and pour batter in.

Cook for 1 hour or until a toothpick comes out clean.
