Steps

Mix maida and chickpea flour and make a semi-liquid paste (thin than pakora batter).

Add all the spices and salt and mix well. keep it for 20 minutes. heat oil in a frying pan.

Take a spinach leaf, dip in the batter and deep fry it on low flame, till golden brown on both the sides.

Serve immediately with tomato ketchup. A very tasty tea time snack.
