Ingredients

  • 200gmsTofu
  • 50gmsHung curd
  • Salt
  • 1/2 spoonGreen Chilli paste
  • 1/2 spoonGinger garlic paste

Steps

  1. 1

    Cut tofu into small cubes.

  2. 2

    Mix all the other ingredients together

  3. 3

    Add tofu pieces and mix

  4. 4

    Keep aside for 1-2 hrs

  5. 5

    Heat a non stick pan. Put some oil

  6. 6

    Toast the tofu pieces till slight brown

  7. 7

    Serve hot
