Mix soup, one can of milk, and gravy mix in a sprayed crockpot and whisk thoroughly.

Mix in seasonings and add in chicken. Cook on low about 6-7 hours.

Use a fork to shred the chicken. Serve over mashed potatoes or a rice. We used a brown rice and quinoa mix.
