  1. 6tilapia filets
  2. 1 cupPanko bread crumbs
  3. 1/2 cupgrated parmesan cheese
  4. 2eggs
  5. 4 tbspall purpose flour

    Preheat oven to 375°

  2. 2

    Set up a breading station with three bowls.

  3. 3

    Bowl 1: flour- dip fish in flour mixture

  4. 4

    Bowl 2: eggs- beat eggs and dip fish in the egg mixture

  5. 5

    Bowl 3: parmesan and Panko- dip fish in Panko mixture

  6. 6

    spray baking sheet with nonstick spray

  7. 7

    Place breaded filets in the baking fish

  8. 8

    Bake for 15 to 20 minutes until fish is flaky.

  9. 9

    Add a few drops of lemon juice to each filet if desired

Have never tried the flour-egg-panko dipping method before. Turned out super crunchy, loved it! :-D
