This is a lighter textured version of the raw vegan avocado mousse I previously posted :)
Steps

Set some of the whipped cream aside to use as the topping
- 2
Add two tablespoons of cocoa powder to the remaining whipped cream with the vanilla and sugar and whip it in. Add more sugar to taste if needed
- 3
Divide the chocolate mousse mixture into small cups or bowls
- 4
Add a dollop of the reserved whipped coconut cream and top with raspberries or other garnish
